"Great"

"The water in our shower had no pressure. We had to take longer showers than normal because the pressure was so low. The door to our room would not close completely without pulling it closed. Monday morning we were met with construction in the hotel. The breakfast was would you would expect for free. The fruit didn’t seem that fresh. The hotel was a nonsmoking hotel but it reeked of cigarettes and marijuana! But at least it was a place to sleep!"

"Overall, this was a fine stay. The attention to detail for cleaning the room each day was excellent!! The breakfast was very robust and delicious - what was there. Things ran out quickly and were not refilled - even the coffee. The walls were thin - we could hear what was happening on either side of us. In one room next to us they were smoking. When we complained, the front desk was very responsive but the only fix was to move us. Unfortunately, it was so bad we did have to move in the middle of...

"Check when you book your room, studios don’t have a fridge. Also the ice machine on my floor wasn’t working. It was a great room for what I needed otherwise."

"Staff was rude when we arrived. Told us our room wasn’t ready when we did arrive so we had to wait. She was extremely rude about parking when we had questions. And trash was not taken out once we did get to our room. Normally I book again after the first stay, however because of how we were treated once we arrived. I will not be back and it was not a 5 star experience."

"The staff was nice. Thats about the only good thing to say about the hotel. There was a lady slumped over in a car outside of my room when we arrived. The door for my room wasn't the appropriate size and there was an opening at the bottom I had to stuff a towel in to make sure no critters came in. I wish I would have taken photos. Breakfast was minimal.The pool water looked cloudy and dirty so we never got in. I don't feel any of these issues are the staffs fault but management needs to invest...

"Avoid at all costs! Smells like urine, mold, walls are filthy doors don’t close properly toilet was broken. Everyone that was checking in was going back to complain about something and possibly some illegal activity. And if you have a problem front desk is rude and there’s no way to contact a manager. This place is individually owned and doesn’t follow La Quintas policies."

"Staff were great. Great location for Red Rocks. Tacos were a good pre-show meal. Shuttle available to show. Only bad thing was the mattress was terrible!"

"The staff at this location have been incredibly helpful. I have been extending my hotel stay day-by-day due to a family member being hospitalized. The hotel has been my second home for almost 2 weeks- your staff has been kind, helpful and allowed me to continue to stay in the same room. It reduced my stress considerably. Would highly recommend. The location was very convenient as well."
