"The hotel is incredibly clean but badly in need of updating, especially for the price. My bed was not at all comfortable, which is very confounding and disappointing as they have to know most guests are Mayo patients and need good rest more than most. Will not be returning; the Hyatt is only slightly more expensive and MUCH nicer"

"The good: Clean room, comfortable bed, very kind staff, great breakfast, convenient parking garage. The bad: Wall outlets in the room were all very loose and nothing would stay plugged in (the weight of the plug would cause it to fall out). There were no bath towels in the room (I assume the cleaning staff just forgot to replenish them). Overall a pleasant stay."
