"New hotel.. Furniture in good condition, clean bathroom, comfy bed. Room attendant need to improve the service. There is another guest bill and medicine left in my room (probably from the previous guest). They didn't change my towels during daily seervice. They didn't change the body wash which is almost empty."

"Menginap 2 malam di hotel ini, pertama slot pintu tidak bisa dibuka, resepsionis tidak begitu menanggapi keluhan sampai harus naik turun 3 kali, alasan ada gangguan kartunya, sampai kita marah baru di panggil rekan nya ikut ke kamar untuk buka pintu. Posisinya hotelnya tidak begitu jauh dari jalan alor. Kebersihan lumayan cuma petugas bersihin kamar jam 5 sore loh."

"Kamar bersih Staff ramah Ac dingin Dekat dengan kuliner"

"Lokasi hotel yg strategis membuat saya nyaman untuk bepergian baik tempat wisata ataupun untuk shopping... Ada sedikit saran agar waktu check out diperpanjang menjadi pukul 13.30 agar bisa menunaikan sholat dzuhur sesuai waktu sholat dzuhur di malaysia."

The room was extremely small, impractical, and had almost no usable space. To get to the bed, I actually had to...

"Everything it’s veri nice"

"Arrived at 11pm, took 35mins to check in due to long que (only 1 person as receptionist & working very slow) The room has no trash can, amenities, & drinking water. Alao shocked to ser how small the room was. "

"Toilet was very smelly. The lift landing and the corridors are stuffy, with no ventilation or sufficient light. "
