"I booked two rooms for two nights in this hotel for 3 Jan 2025. One for wife and me, the other room for our daughter and her friend.
Firstly our room's shower hot water heater was broken. We were given another room and the water run warm-ish but clearly the heating unit was on it's last leg too. (controls wobbly and warm water only possible with very low pressure)
Then when our daughter and friend were getting to bed they noticed the beds in their room were full of little ants. When we alerted...
