"To start, we waited nearly an hour for the shuttle as the reception did not tell us it only runs once every hour. We would have walked the 10 minutes if they would have told us. This schedule was posted in the shuttle and at the reception desk so they should have conveyed that upon our call for pick up. We were then placed n the top floor at nearly the farthest point from reception as well which did not make sense when the hotel was not full. The room was one of the worst I have stayed at across...

"This place is a hidden gem!! Tucked away in a beautiful town on a peaceful, serene bay with amazing staff!! Marissa was most helpful with recommendations that did not disappoint. I will definitely be returning."

"The room should have been cleaner. There were brown rings around the faucet in the bathroom sink. We had housekeeping come in daily and the floor was never vacuumed. The AC was loud and had a mildew like smell.
The staff were all very friendly and the rest of the hotel was great!"
