"The check-in process and front desk employees were excellent. The lobby was well decorated and looked nice. However, the food was terrible (pizza and smith island cake), bar service two thumbs down—slower than slow, unaccommodating, and not customer friendly at all. The room was okay but dated. They only give two pillows for a king sized bed and have no shelf in the shower for your personal items. So, I had to put the on the shower floor. The water pressure left much to be desired. "The staff was excellent. Everything was really clean. The location couldn’t have been better. The only things that were even a little off was the parking situation and also they must have purchased it recently because the old name was still on a couple places like the glass doors, so after a long trip and being tired it was a little confusing. I would definitely stay there again."

"Everything was great except for the 9:30 housekeeping interruption. Most hotels when you have an 11:00 check out wait until after check out to do housekeeping for rooms. But other than that everything was fabulous"

"The carpet was very dirty with lots of spots. Bathroom was old and in need of renovation, shower was for short people. Housekeeping didn't do a good job cleaning in hallways, debris on floor. Staff was great!"
