"The shuttle bus driver was good and professional to help me get to the hotel. But when I was checking in, I was told I checked in already! 🤔. They made mistakes to check in someone else to my reservation and called them to come to the front desk at 12:30 Am to change room!! That was terrible!! The room is clean and comfortable big bed. The window curtains can’t cover the windows completely, lights coming in from outside. I like sleeping in a dark room. Hope they can improve those."

"Nice and clean property in a quiet neighborhood. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a large flat TV. Nothing around the place except for a couple of restaurants, otherwise you need a transportation. The shuttle service from/to the airport was a bonus. It's recommended for a layover or a short stay. Additional training is recommended in the following areas: - Reception: The receptionist did not demonstrate a welcoming attitude. - Food Service: The cook was throwing and bagging plates on the counter while serving guests, which appeared unprofessional. 3. The parking fee is excessively high."

"We were in Frederick, MD for our date night without the little one. Booked this place for the night and thought there would be a hot-tub, but was informed that it is closed permanently. So that was a little disappointing. Staff there were super helpful and friendly. The building is overall maintained nicely in the public area, but our room has a peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. Overall clean and comfortable, and pretty reasonable for a stay."

"When I checked in they did not have a two bed room. When I checked out they charged me the wrong price for my room. They upgraded me because of the mistake checking in but the room only had one bed. I thought I checked in with Embassy Suites. The front desk did not know what to do with the confusion of Expedia. I only stayed one night. What a mess. The breafast was basic for the price of the room."
