The young man and young lady were so nice and much better service then the one at Gaithersburg we loved out stay at the Germantown they were so nice and comprehensive with us..

It is in a safe and convenient location, along public bus routes and with numerous parks, trails and shopping centers close by. Rooms are clean, well-maintained and a good deal for the price.

The hotel itself isn't bad. The kitchen area in our room could have used some updating. I was not happy when I showed up to check in and was told there is a $2 a night fee for utilities and a $10 fee for housekeeping. If you are going to do that then just raise your rates to reflect that! Never have I ever been charged a utilities and housekeeping fee to stay in a hotel in all of my years of traveling.

Very dirty and smells. Elevator is a death trap. Please don't waist your money. I went there, stayed at lobby for 2 hours before someone comes. They don't check people in after 10pm. And I finally have to booked a different hotel that late night after long travel. Yet they didn't refund me. Worst hotel ever
