"Overall not the best stay. The hotel states it has modern rooms that are renovated but they are missing the mark, rooms are dated. The floors are uneven and creaky, many surfaces stained, tile and caulking in the shower dirty. Loud AC fan. Staff was helpful though. I would not return. Unfortunately not the nicest stay in Johnson City."

"We stayed in the Loom House, not until we arrived did we know we were to occupy the oldest habitable log home in NC. While the bed was comfortable, the small fridge was iced up and smelled of old food. There was no TV. There were nail heads sticking up out of the floor upstairs and the floor creaked loudly every time we got out of bed to walk to the bathroom. "We did not have a room in the house, instead had very small room in an out building. Room was musty. Had small window AC unit. No tv. Some stains on old pink carpet. Main house locked at night so no access to coffee or TV. No ice available. WiFi went out every night and there was no cell service so we couldn’t check on our house and dogs. Inn keepers / owners Bernard were very pleasant however we would not stay there again."

"We spent a long weekend in June and it was great. The host communicated with us as needed and answered all our questions. Check in was easy and fast. Parking was close. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The views!!!!!! We were a little worried about not having AC, but it was really cool outside at night and there were fans if we needed it. It was a total non-issue. We hope to stay there again. Loved it!"
