"Our initial room reeked of weed smell and was so bad we had to ask to be moved to another room right away. When we told the front desk staff about it, they were more worried if we had disturbed the room any so they could still give it to another person. The 2nd room was better but nothing to write home about. At least it didn't smell so bad. The staff was nice but not concerned either with the issue. The shuttle bus to the airport was nice and clean and the driver did a great job."

"I booked this hotel because I need a place to stay while attending a party in Columbia. Maryland did not want to drive all the way back to Woodbridge, Virginia. First time being at a Sonesta and I was more than impressed. The ambiance, the cleanliness and customer service was top-notch. I also loved that it was close to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops."

"Fix the elevator in that building. Booking people on the third floor without a working elevator was unacceptable. I am certain the hotel was not sold out, an option should have been made available. The clerk did not mention the broken elevator. I will not be staying there again. I was too tired after two days of moving to complain at the time."

"This was our 2nd stay. Very nice facility. The 2nd stay, I had to leave early due to work. And a issue arose of the parking validation which was very confusing. After 15 minutes it was worked out. The halls and lobby are very warm. I checked on the staff to make sure they were staying hydrated. Hotel rooms were cool, air was on. Would definitely book again, if need be."

"Although the room is a good size and the bed was comfortable the cleanliness was not great. Found lots of hair in the bathroom and shower, ice bucket and tray were very dusty, dirty towel on patio. Tried reaching the front desk multiple times by phone and going to the desk and no staff was present. Pool hours are terrible, open at 10 and close at 9. Hot tub jets are loud, no towels, again nobody answered at the desk, pool had lots of white floaties and hair. Lots of printed random signs all over...
