"I stay at this hotel frequently when I travel. The rooms are usually clean and rhe staff is pleasant. "

"Room was clean and decently updated. Staff was nice. Free hot breakfast but you could tell it was just reheated. Pool was out of order. Fitness center was very small (dumbbells, elliptical & treadmill) and the treadmill didn’t work. They do have a partnership with the fitness center around the corner if you have time to use that instead. My room keys deactivated multiple times throughout my stay. "

"The room was great. One thing that I did not like was the shower. When running the shower, you must ensure that the shower head is pointing toward the wall opposite of the shower door and down otherwise, the water will spill onto the floor and cause a flood. I caught mine before the puddle became bigger and put towels down. "

"The room was clean and fresh. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Y were plenty of choices for breakfast! I gave four starts instead of five for a few reasons. 1- the separation between the first and second floor was so thin that anytime someone in the room above us would walk, it sounded like pounding. Also their shower was dipper loud in our room. 2- there was a lot of garbage in the hallways between the rooms. That could have been from wind I suppose, but it just looked very messy...

"This hotel supposedly provides a shuttle, which takes you to and from the airport. At this time, the weight lines at BWI airport are nearly 3 hours long. This makes the shuttle particularly important. The Hotel completely mismanaged the shuttle experience. They gave me wrong information which made me miss my shuttle. The employee who provided the wrong information Sherikha worked had to want to show me that she does not care about this at all. She was very blasé about the fact that I missed my...
