"This was a nice clean room to stay in. It’s a minimalist hotel room. Bath tub is huge. But if you have problems with your legs getting in and out would be difficult. The staff is wonderful. And all day. Water and coffee and tea is available. "

We traveled with 9 bags, and they were so helpful letting us store them for an extended period of time whilst we explored the city before a proper check in. The food at Olive’s Bistro was delicious, and the friendly bartender made us some delicious cocktails to take up to our room. Speaking of the room, it was so spacious and so clean! Easily the best shower I’ve ever taken, and I didn’t want to leave...

"My flight was cancelled and my arrival was delayed, but they still welcomed me warmly. I rebooked and returned two days later, where they greeted me with a plate of dessert and cookies. The view of the waterfront and Santa Monica Pier from the balcony window was amazing. Personally, I would have preferred a hot tub."
