"The Hotel is absolutely Gorgeous.The staff is extremely friendly and helpful especially Zach at the fro t desk. Have us wonder restaurant options with a free shuttle ride too and back if we didn’t want to walk. We were in town for a concert at Wells Fargo Arena and got a complimentary shuttle saving us an Uber ride. Zach is right Best Martinis in Des Moines ( he dared us to proof him wrong- we couldn’t ) Small Hotel (51 rooms) in Downtown Des Moines is 5 🌟"

Couldn't get the fan to shut off without turning the temp up. Breakfast was missing eggs but had everything sugary and carb loaded. Wish there was more healthy options. "
