"The staff was fantastic. Hotel is very dated. I purchased a meal where I asked for the steak to be cooked medium rare- unfortunately when I brought it to my room it was cooked well done. I called them to let them know what I had (additionally, I kept the meal to return to them). The kitchen manager was frankly rude about removing it from the bill or seeing if there as anything they could do to make my stay better (another meal?). There are so many options in LA. I won’t go back"

"The staff was very helpful and easy going. The hotel is old and smelly. If your room is facing the street you will hear the cars and street noise from 4 am to 1 am of the next day. Very bad noise isolation. The hotel location is advertised as in Hollwyood which geografically it is but don't get fooled, it is in a corner of Hollwyood far from most of the attractions that Hollwyood has to offer. On the plus side, there is a bar and a restaurant in the first floor, a coffe/bakery shop and some...

"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!! They charge 50 dollars a night to park!! What hotel charges customers to park??!!! The water in my tub wouldn't go down!! Super disgusting!! I paid 1,300 dollars for 4 nights and they still asked for a 300 dollar deposit when I got there!!
No breakfast and no room service!! Absolute trash of a hotel. The staff is even worse!! Do not waste your money!!"
