"When we came back to the room in the afternoon our door wasnt pulled shut properly and anyone could just push it open. I thought maybe we didnt pull it shut but house keeping was obviously in there (trash was taken). I told the front desk girl and she didnt seemed concerned at all and told me they probably just forgot to pull it shut. It was the FIRST room on the first floor that every single person had to wall pass. Anybody couldve SEEN it wasnt locked pulled closed all the way and took our stuff. Not happy."

"Lots of things to do nearby. I would say the only con was the pillows. They were very small and flat for a king sized bed. Upgrade those, and it would be great. Loved the breakfast!"

"Perfect stay from start to finish! Fast, easy, professional check-in. Free water supplied with in room fridge. Room was immaculate, beds extremely comfortable, great climate control, amazing architecture with exposed brick and beams, high ceilings. Copious hot water in the bathroom. Free coffee in the morning was quite good. Rooms mostly quiet but avoid nearest the elevator if chatter disturbs you. The restaurant in the hotel is highly recommended for dinner! Cozy lobby with fireplace is a great meeting spot. Easy effortless checkout. Front desk gave great breakfast recommendation, loved The Neotune Diner, thank you!"

"We have visited this resort many times, and it is always a wonderful experience. There are so many unique room options, and the staff is consistently courteous and kind. The check-in staff, in particular, was great and very helpful. On this visit, we reserved the Barn Suite as a gathering place for our family, and it was fantastic. The space was filled with unique and thoughtful touches that truly captured an authentic country feel and made it a perfect spot for everyone to come together. The only minor issue occurred during check-in, when one staff member was a bit rude regarding a third-party reservation for two of our four rooms. Aside from that brief interaction, everything else was excellent. As VIP members, we are already looking forward to returning again soon."
