"The initial experience with check in was less than stellar. The receptionist who checked us in Tuesday evening was not welcoming. She was very interested in helping us out with any questions we had. She did not explain the process to drive in and out of the hotel parking lot. My husband went in and asked and she then said we needed to use the hotel key card but she did not validate our room key for the duration of our stay. We had to deal with the same problem trying to leave the parking lot....

"This was a great property to stay at while in Manhattan. W 54th street gives you great access to multiple subway stations and just a few blocks south to walk to Times Square or walk a few blocks north to the south end of Central Park. It’s close to the Broadway theaters and there are food options everywhere. It’s easy to get an Uber as well. The property is nice and well maintained.
