"Clean room and friendly staff. Lots of convenient stores and eateries around. Convenient store is attached on the ground floor of the hotel. Easily access to the JR station. There is a department store behind the hotel. Everything is perfect. "

"There is nothing around the hotel. You need to walk to the station which takes around 8-10 minutes for convenience stores and restaurants. Not convenient for travellers."

"This was absolutely one of the worst trips I have ever done. Hotels.com help contribute to this. Not so great experience. Both the hotels.com and the resorts websites provided false information. The conditions were so bad that I landed up leaving a day early. I had to take someone to the hospital due to the dirtiness. I did not get refunded and I was actually charged more than what was expected. The location was great and the staff was great but they were unforgiving when it came to providing a refund or understanding the situation. Do not recommend this place unless you don't mind old worn down overcharged definitely not a two-star hotel resorts. One note you will have to pay for everything even if it says all exclusive."

"A bit of difficulty when it came to conversing in Japanese as we are foreigners but overall was a great stay with good service. The onsen experience was nice. Note that they have a curfew from 10pm to 5am as they do not have electronic key cards implemented for coming in and going out."
