"The Norfolk is in a very central part of Freo, with the markets across the road and other bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was huge, clean and quite modern considering the age of the building. I've always considered the Norfolk staff to have great customer service however this went up a notch when checking in and out. I've visited the Norfolk many times however this was my first stay and i'm really glad i chose it. The pub closes at midnight so no need to worry about noisy...

"ほぼ毎年の利用です。数年前から無料Wi-Fiでとても快適です。金額は高くなったけど、水まわりなども心地よく過ごしやすくなりました。ただ、今回初めて枕がとても臭かったので初日から消臭スプレーを買いに行くほどでした。タオルの交換は頻繁にありますが、チェックイン後の枕カバーの取り替えや消臭を見直していただきたいです。"

"No parking available. 3 on street parking places outside that are also available to the public am need to be moved and certain hours. No discount for any car parks close by. Room was fine. We gave a late check in time so sent an email with good instructions on. Paid a fee for an extra person to be staying in the room. No extra bedding for the sofa bed. No extra towels. Room is outdated. Only good thing was the extension lead for the plugs after there not being any plugs about. "
