"The towels in our room were stained and had holes in them, looking more like old shop rags than hotel towels. The room phone did not work, so I had to walk to the front desk to ask about a rollaway bed. Our reservation clearly indicated 2 adults and 3 children, yet the room did not have a couch, pullout bed, or any other sleeping arrangement for a fifth guest. "The staff was nice and they had a big storm the night before we got in and they were still able to accommodate our early check in. They offered their conference room to my family because it was so many of us gathered in the lobby but due to the storm it was soaking wet.
The rooms were very cold or very hot; there was no middle ground. I personally feel it could have been cleaner but it was not dirty. My parents switched their room because there were bugs(not bedbugs), it was prolly those flying...
