"Great comfortable and modern hotel. Free laundry with dryer is a plus. The staff were not exactly the most helpful. The one who checked me in didn’t even know what she was doing - first asked me to pay 300 yuan or so although I paid in full for my one night. Then she later said oh no sorry. Then asked for my visa while my passport was with her and there was a clear transit sticker. Anytime I asked a question, I got a blunt response like someone who didn’t care. "The hotel has only the basics. No food, restaurant, dining or room service available after 7pm. There is a shuttle that comes every half an hour to take you to the terminal if you want food, or anything else. Rooms are okay, again just the basics. But fine for the cheap price if you are staying a night before your flight."

"The hotel is fairly new, rooms were very modern and general areas were quite nice. There were parts of the hotel that were still under construction though. The free laundry room (2dryer/washer) were a nice bonus but got busy easily. Using the AC in the room took a bit of playing around as it was all in chinese. Staff were quite helpful though! Breakfast was included but options were quite limited. Great location, subway was a 10 min walk with small shops around. There's a great cultural park...
