"Roberta and Mariah were both amazing at the front desk. I had an issue with Expedia because I booked and paid for a Premium Oceanfront Room but upon check in I learned that this was not the room reserved for us. We were supposed to be in 318 which was going to be more basic and after arguing with Expedia for over an hour we ended up in 324 which was essentially the same. All of the ISO rooms looked exactly the same, with the exception of the large suite they use as the cover photo. The views are...
