At a couple of minutes before the buffet was due to close and the staff was starting to clear up things 2 women walked up and started through the line. Penny, one of the ladies managing the food bar, very graciously handed the ladies their plates and smiled sweetly. Penny is a jewel. BTW, she was back smiling the next morning. "
