"Room was spacious but the facilities are very dated. The rooms were very dusty and set off my allergies. I am used to more updated rooms with Hyatt. The staff is friendly and keep the property maintained and cleaned. If staying in the area again, would look for a different property."

"Room quz great, air love it,staff the best, breakfast great"

"The sweet lady at the front desk, Aisha, was wonderful! Very nice and accommodating in every way. All of the staff spoke, said Hi and was friendly. Very clean and the best bed, pillows and crisp sheets I've slept on in a long time! Was able to pull down the AC to a chilly temp which made for the best sleep. The shower had two (2) shower heads, a rain shower head and a hand held, it was great! This hotel is close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Also, I felt very safe here which was important...

"Very clean, updated with plenty of options for food and beverage."

"Room looked clean, but we had a cockroach on our room."

"Bath tub had a hole worn in the floor that held water. Carpet was wet near AC unit."

":)"

"I was on the first floor and the bed was terrible. Bed mattress was extremely hard and I was missing a light bulb in the other lamp. I woke up in more pain in the back versus the pain I had already just went through,"
