"The hotel is in an excellent location just a few steps from Union Square, the cable car stop, and the BART train station, not to mention all the clothing stores and food options around it. The room was clean and very comfortable with a refrigerator inside, and I really liked the free cookies, apples, and water in the lobby. However, the service from the lobby staff could be improved, as they misplaced my small suitcase and only found it after checking three times. Management should improve staff...

"Room and property was clean and well maintained. Staff at check in and the bar were nice and helpful. Our only complaint was how a group of pre-teens were extremely loud and obnoxious the whole morning and then proceeded to kick or knock on the doors of everyone with a “do not disturb” sign, pretending to be housekeeping. Once I called down to the front desk, I do believe someone eventually came up, but honestly surprised it went on for so long especially since my husband said he even saw them...
