"The property is situated in a perfect location. The swimming pools are incredible, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The room was clean, but needs some serious updating. The beds were too firm, and my safe didn’t work properly.
We had a swim up room that was in a great location; it was at the end closest to the beach. This hotel was great for a short visit.
If they would spend some money on new mattresses and new shower hardware, this could be a 4 or 5...

"Room was ok. The staff were nice. They food at the restaurant was very basic and the portions were very small. Service was really slow many times waiting 20 plus minutes for the food to arrive. Restaurant area is very unattractive. This would not be such an issue if there were any other options for dinning out but you need to take a boat to town to have any other eating options and the last boat back to the resort is at 4:30 so you don't have any options but to be stuck eating at their...

"The pool was nice to have, but no shade so it got quite hot. Our room was not the cleanest, and the shower and sink were coming out of the walls. The bed was also very hard, even for Thailand. It was nice to be in a quieter area, about a 15 minute walk from the main streets. There was also a friendly horse!"

"Das Personal war durchweg großartig und sehr freundlich. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und definitiv ein Highlight der Unterkunft. Der Zimmerservice hat täglich gründlich gereinigt, was ich sehr positiv empfunden habe.
Was mir im Zimmer gefehlt hat, waren grundlegende Möbel wie Schränke, eine Kommode oder ein Nachttisch. Das ist kein Luxus, aber für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt wichtig.
Ich bin insgesamt nicht sehr anspruchsvoll, allerdings war das Frühstück enttäuschend: sehr geringe Auswahl...
