"We booked and prepaid five rooms for our group for the night of the 23rd. Only two members of our group were able to arrive on the 23rd — the rest of us got in the following morning, the 24th, at 6 AM after an overnight trip. My brother, who had checked in on the 23rd, had already notified the front desk that the rest of the group would be arriving early the next morning. "The beds in our room were dirty upon arrival, it took a call and a visit to the front desk and over 40 minutes to get the bedding changed, and initially when housekeeping came they only brought clean sheets for the beds despite me sending them pictures that showed that the sheets and comforters were not clean. There was hair and black stuff we couldn't identify on them. It was almost midnight before we could finally shower and get in bed because we didn't arrive to check in until after 10pm....
