"The staff is always wonderful, the rooms are always clean. The ONLY issue I had was with other guests that were so inconsiderate of others!! Running up and down the hallways, being loud. Other than that, The hotel is always one of my favorites "

"I just slept there for the night, didn't have time for breakfast, but bed was comfortable enough and noise level wasn't bad and they gave me plastic silverware when I forgot to grab some at the take out place. Would stay again."

"The room was freezing and we could not control the thermostat. We tried the heat, tried turning off the AC, and tried shutting down the system all together by switching it to “off” and it continued blowing cold air. The room didn’t have a mini fridge. The soap dispenser was empty. I’ve stayed here before and that’s why I booked again and was very disappointed. Will not be back. Not worth the price at all. "

"Loved the hotel. Great location, fully renovated, incredible friendly, helpfull and accomodating staff!! Rooms are a bit small but clean and efficient. Has a common area available 24h with seating, tables and coffee machine. Would def stay again."

"Great hotel. Nice breakfast in the morning. I took away one star because we arrived at 1:30 and they would not let us check into our room until 4pm. They said our room was available and we could check in now for $50! They would waive the fee for gold honors members. Unfortunately I’m just a regular honors member. In past experience most hotels let you check in early if your room is ready and without a fee. Disappointing that they wanted to squeeze an extra $50 out of me!"

"The room was clean.The bathroom was not. It's obviously an older property that could use a bit of an update. But overall, the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately there was a ton of noise in the morning. Before worn, the food options are incredibly limited. As far as the little store, there was no Starbucks as purported. There was a menu, but we did not order from it posted at the front desk. From what we could tell, the bar area was not stocked and definitely not in use. It would have been...
