"We were rushed to checkout by 11 am. Need to allow at least until 12 noon like other major hotels. This will be a deal breaker in the future for our stay. When we asked the hotel staff, they were not helpful and were very strict. They were reading out penalty amounts for every hour of delayed check out beyond 11 am. Management needs to think about this seriously. No winder why the hotel was more than half empty."

"Nice stay. Bed was a little soft, carpet felt sticky under my feet, kept my slippers on. Pool was very cold temperature wise. Really was disappointed, pool room was nice and steamy but the actual water was like ice. The weekend was rough, neighbor room partied hardy and loudly with bass that could vibrate the room.
