"The hotel was in a great location, lots of restaurants, bars, shops and a mall within walking distance. Quick Uber ride to Universal Studios. The staff were friendly, and the hotel room was clean. The only downside was the pool was smaller than it looked online. Overall, I would stay here again."

"Spacious room but needs updating. Excellent service from the Bell Captain Joe. He was polite, friendly, helpful and assisted us with check in. He went beyond normal expectations. Shuttle was great to and from the airport but allow time as it does not have a regular schedule. "

"We're checking in for 2 rooms at around 10 p.m. Funny that 1 of the rooms was not ready yet. We've booked the rooms like around 3 months ago. Neighborhood was great. In-n-out burger and supermarket just in front of the hotel. There was also free shuttle bus to and from LAX"

"I order a salad and it missed some ingredients and babyribs and the photo show 5 pieces and it send only one. I had to call room service and the send what it was missing of my salad and more ribs. They were cordial and it was quickly. But, you need to supervise better how the food is delivered. "
