"I like the modern design of this hotel. Rooms were clean. Flooring in our room did have stains and carpet as well but everything else was ok. Not pristine but good enough. Elevator is painstakingly slow from the mezzanine but if you’re not in a rush it’s ok. Area is nice and lots of places within walking distance."

"When we checked in, we found out the elevator was not working. The room we booked was on the 3rd floor. We were offered a different room with different number of beds. When we got into the room the carpet was filthy, burn marks on the bedding. Bathroom wasn't up to my cleanliness standards. The swimming pool was under maintenance we were not informed of that. We discovered it wasn't open when we went looking. I won't book a room there ever again. Super disappointed."

We were in a remodeled room on the second floor in the lodge and the band was so loud and it was like a thumping banging every 3 seconds (drum beat). "We visited Estes Mountain Inn for the first time with our 2 year old and 8 year old. We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool option as the weather is always changing. We enjoyed the playground and games in the lobby. The smores and popcorn were a hit. The room was a little smaller than we anticipated but it was still comfortable with AC and the smart TV was convenient as well. Can't wait to plan our next trip!"
