"I rented a room for the evening for my sons hockey tournament we checked in and our room and our teammates room had bed bugs we went to desk to inform staff and they went up to room and argued that it was just dirty not bed bugs well I know what bed bugs look like and to find out 6 day ago a review came in that they had bed bugs. "Great location especially if you need to go to Avon Cleveland Clinic. Walking distance to shops and restaraunts. The building was a tad beat up but clean. Basic things like broken bathroom fan and peeling wallpaper. Otherwise, comfortable, quiet, clean and spacious room."

"Old hotel. Elevator wasn’t working the whole 3 nights stay. We have to carry our luggages to the stairs to the third floor. The room was old, the front door locked but there’s a noticeable gap. The bathroom is so small. When a person is sitting in the commode and someone opens the door, it will hit the person sitting in the commode.parking is so difficult. Not a whole lot of options or choices on the breakfast buffet."
