"We had a bit of confusion with our reservation that we made through expedia but the hotel management helped us to make it right. After that the room they put us in had a plugged pipe in the sink, which was giving off a horrible odor. I reported it to the manager and they offered to move us - which we did NOT want. Then they had maintenance come the very next day (earliest possible) to correct the problem. Staff was very friendly and good to work with. The maintenance man called me personally...

"The lady that checked me in was wonderful and very nice. The door by where I parked never locked and that concerned me, as the property was not secured. Walking through to get to my room with my children was unpleasant as the building reeked of marijuana. I understand it is legal in the state but I was not expecting to encounter it at the hotel. "The property was close to where I wanted to go. one of two elevators did not work. the desk staff was only one person at check in time. The lady in front of me needed 5 rooms, one at a time. They then used all of the luggage carts (there were only 4. I was told breakfast went till 10L30, they close it at 913 on week days. The desk staff did not know directions to area restuarants (Cru Corkage) Serious construction on access roads. Barbara was very helpful"
