"I rarely write negative reviews, but this place was horrible! We reserved a king with a trundle bed, but the bed in our first room was a queen. I’d addition, a part of a cabinet was broken off, and the fixtures in the shower were all corroded. I asked for a different room, and the manager gave us one with two queens, but told me she would “normally charge more for the two queens.” When we got to the second room, there were ants and some kind of other bug in the bathroom, what appeared to be...

"By far our favorite hotel on our Salem to Bar Harbor trip. It was beautifully decorated in nautical themes, convenient to restaurants, the waterfront offered views and great walking area and so close to a neighborhood that felt like a village."
