"Poool was not in service"

"Room has exactly what an overnight stay requires and is very clean. Need to put thinner pillows as the available pillows were too thick and caused neck pain. The amenities had all that a traveller needs including chargers and ear phones and a good variety of snacks. However, the common area table and the dining area tables were not cleaned regularly so there were crumbs from previous users. The shuttle service was useless to us because we could not get a link to register for our late night...

"Super clean , super handy to the airport with the shuttle, the staff were very friendly and helpful , nice water and funny candies out , didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked nice and clean . We loved our stay there ."

"Location is perfect as it is close to the Atocha train station. Seina Sofia and Prado museums as well as the Retiro park. Some people may prefer to live close to the very busy area (gran via). The place is very well maintained. I would like to stay here again if I ever visit Madrid again. Breakfast is really good, not super fancy but offer many options and good quality. It is great to have a big breakfast before starting walking for almost a whole day."
