"I did like this hotel. The rooms were well-designed and had a very functional bathroom with the toilet/shower section separate from sink/mirror so two people can get ready at the same time and there was actually a place to put things down (rarely in a hotel bathroom). The cafe was a little weak and missed breakfast because it didn't start till 6 which is unusual for an airport hotel...NOT EVEN COFFEE. "The staff was very good: attentive, helpful, and very quick responses when needed. The rooms, though, were not great. The AC/heating unit runs 100% of the time and it is LOUD. Even when the unit was turned off using the wall control, the fan continued to run 24/7. "

"I liked that it is renovated and the general look of the restaurant. The rooms are small, no coffee, no closet, no iron. Ice machine in the basement. The AC was made a super loud noise, worst I've ever had. TV was good and safe too. The staff is generally attentive, but they did forget to offer me the water bottles that they offered all HH members There was normally one person for check in and luggage pickup, creating a wait. The bathroom wash basin faucets were really hard. "

"Price was ok. Got there, noticed that there was a lot of traffic… busses full of teammates, probably going to a game etc. The staff looked stressed out. Elevator was filthy, right outside my door was an open trash bag… smelled bad…room was decent… clean sheets. Bathroom needs an upgrade tiles had old grout stains that needs some attention. So overall 1.5 stars maybe round up to 2 and thats generous. Sorry! "

"We made a quick stop due to a flight delay. The hotel was clean and spacious. We were up on the 19th floor and our main issue was with water pressure and temperature changes. The water took about 3 min to adjust each time and the water pressure was very low. The restaurant had limited options so we opted to eat out. We had a great view of city hall! "

"Stayed here for Monster mania con with our daughter. I was happy with our stay. Rooms were clean beds were comfortable. Had a coffee spot and onsite resturant. The food was decent. Only issue was parking. They do not guarantee a parking spot for guests staying at the hotel in their parking lot which caused us to park on a side street. "

"Nice stay, I enjoyed the bridge riverview from my room, but when I started wiping everything down it wasnt as clean as it appeared. A lot of dust and dirt on the light switches and surfaces. The restaurant was nice, but my entree wasnt salted (short ribs) and the drink tower (martini flight) came after all the food. It tasted horrible. Also, the parking was $30 and its just a parking lot. They should have it included in your night stay. Im not sure if I would stay again."
