"Super close to bus and rail stops, got to and from Ball Arena with zero stress. Good breakfast and comfy rooms with city views. Staff were helpful, fun things to do around lobby and common areas. "

It was extremely convenient it the middle of the night when my puppy had to go potty to let him out right away without having to go down the elevator or walk down the hall to go outside. The room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when in town visiting. One recommendation I do have for the property is to add more trash bins outside. I know the door we were using did not have a trash bin so when cleaning...

"Parking was easy, the location was great, the restaurant had great breakfast although it’s not free. We were on the 11th floor. It’s a little warm up there in the hallway which looks over a balcony all the way down which is pretty cool. Air-conditioning was great! Only thing is, in the bathroom if you take a shower, you had to leave the door open as there was no fan working in the bathroom at least in our bathroom."
