"The internet did not work during my stay. The desk attendant tried to help, but was unable to resolve the issue. The TV would not tune to a single channel, making it unusable as well.
There was a dirty rag left on the dresser when I arrived, and I noticed moldy carpet in the basement parking ramp. The morning desk clerk also had difficulty listening to concerns and came across as having an attitude.
Because the hotel's internet was unavailable, I had to purchase additional cellular data in...

"It’s difficult to say anything negative about Drury because of the fantastic amenities there. Breakfast, dinner and drinks during the kickback hour is a great perk for sure. The hot tub, unique indoor outdoor pool and spacious lounge area is great. Unfortunately the AC went out on our floor and we had to move to a new room. We were compensated but still a hassle and the new room the cooling was marginal.
Drury is also used by families & kids teams (baseball, dance, cheer, soccer etc) often...

"The breakfast was't really a breakfast per se as it wasn't included with the cost of the room. However, staff was great. The facility looks to have been updated in the lobby, beds are comfortable and the transport to and from the airport was convenient. The noise level due to the traffic likely from the FedEx facility was moderate but nothing my noise cancellation headphones didn't block"

"Our stay here was for a quick weekend work trip. Our room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly because there were dozens of ants crawling around. We notified staff and we were moved to another room. Breakfast was ok. Our girls enjoyed having the gym to themselves most of the day. Parking was free. WiFi was good. Overall stay 3/5 due mostly to ants being in the room."
