"We requested a first floor room as I am orthpedically challenged. When we got there it was a second floor room with no chance to change. The room was awful, decorated in flea market antique style, with ridiculously antique wallpaper that was peeling, carpet that was poorly instaled and was "rippling" off the floor, The bathroom had a tub with no separate shower.
