"Carlisle Inn Walnut Creek was very nice, quiet and relaxing. The entire staff gave excellent hospitality. The room in its entirety was very clean, including the bathroom. I surprise my twin sister (from Pennsylvania) with a two day stay. She was very surprised and happy and couldn’t stop saying how much she loved it. "Great location, but major cleaning issues
While the staff was friendly and the location is convenient, I can’t overlook the fact that there were bugs in the lobby and inside my room. It made the entire hotel feel unkempt and poorly maintained. I really wanted to like this place, but I won't be returning until I’m sure the pest issues are resolved."

"Staff was soo friendly upon arriving! Loved the looks and back story of the building! Loved the location in a quiet, put back, and safe place off of the freeway! Breakfast was amazing! Loved the french vanilla creamer for coffee! The pool and hot tub area was so relaxing and clean!
