"I didn't get to stay during this work weekend, due to my boss had a family medical emergency! I paid ahead for two rooms plus the insurance and didn't know until the last minute we were not going to Ann Arbor for this trip. I cancelled thru Expedia, I cancelled thru Spark. But no one would reimburse my Bosses credit card. I shouldn't have to go thru the insurance company to get my money back. We didn't stay, the rooms were open for someone else to stay in, they still could've been filled...

"My check in was very smooth. Room was spacious and clean, staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious and nutritious. I love everything about this hotel.
I didn’t use the pool, hot tub or gym but I heard people having fun at the pool area.
I stayed at this hotel just for 2 nights to attend a friend’s graduation.
I have no complaints with this establishment. Thanks."

"The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The front desk person who checked us in had a great personality and was very helpful. I think his name is Tim. He gave us a map with places to go for food and/or music and drinks. He had a great attitude and wanted to help in any way possible. The hotel restaurant was fantastic 👌. The food and drinks were excellent! I would definitely recommend this location!"

"I enjoyed my stay, the room looked nice and clean. However, I had to ask for my towels to be picked up, my trash thrown out and for my bed to be straightened every day. I asked the front desk person this and this was taken care of. The staff were excelent in helping me and were very professional. A gym is on the first floor but I did not use this. They also have a breakfast area that you pay for which opens at 7:00 AM. The price is $17.99 plus tax making this $19.07 as of May of 26. I...
