"I’ve never written a review but this was my worst hotel experiences here. The photos look nice, but the reality is completely different. When we arrived, the room was not properly cleaned, there were piles of cigarette butts on the balcony and hair in the bathtub from previous guests, which was honestly shocking. For two people staying three days, we were given only one towel and a single roll of toilet paper. There is no mini fridge in the room, and the TV didn’t even have a remote control. If...

"Nothing beats Southern hospitality and the Embassy Suites tops my list. The staff were amazing. The accommodations exactly what we needed. My only ding is that i really wanted biscuits and gravy in the breakfast line up. With the exception of the made to order omelets, the breakfast was very close to what you can get at other hotels. "

"The staff were all friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Hotel is in a very convenient location. We were able to walk to the Aquarium and the World of Coke and to local restaurants like Hard Rock without any issues during the day. The hotel room was a bit musty smelling but I think it just needs an update and the carpet needs to be replaced with hardwood of some kind to help with smell.
