"Pool was well kept and hot tub was nice and warm. One of my favorite parts of staying here is using the big massage chair in the gym but that was out of order unfortunately. The staff was attentive and welcoming and the facilities were well kept. Breakfast was fresh and the lady running that area was very nice. Over all very happy with our stay. "

"Absolutely loved the staff and amenities yes parking was absolutely the hardest part but it’s downtown phoenix what you expect other then that it was amazing and would recommend to anyone especially since it’s close to Sheraton hotel"
