"朝、ナポリに到着しホテルへ向かいチェックインまでの間、荷物を預かってもらった。スタッフの方は親切に待っていた私達を早い時間にも関わらず部屋に案内してくれました。 少し疲れていたので助かりました！
立地は最高でした。駅に近いので移動が本当に便利！ 向かえにスーパー、横にも小さな店がり便利でした。 毎日、清掃とタオルの交換があり清潔でした。 残念なのは全室冷蔵庫が壊れてるので必要ならフロントのを使う様に言われた。面倒なので頼みませんでした。あと、照明が暗すぎました。これは私が目が悪いからかも でも、とても快適に過ごせました！"

"Staff very good and clean hotel.
Refreshments are the biggest issue.
Outside of restaurant times nowhere to get drinks/food without going to neighbour hotel.
Disappointing not to at least have a kettle in room."

"Dirty room, hair on the pillows, shower and bathroom window extremely moldy, the head board for the bed was missing, when opening the door to room with key sounds like being buzzed into a jail cell. Location close to airport. Wouldn’t stay for vacation but for an early 5 am flight sure for the price. But dirty dirty."

"The hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was tasty and had an excellent selection. The staff was friendly and helpful. All of this and the hotel is right in the center of town, near the port and train station. I would definitely stay there again in the future."

"The staff I met were friendly and the room was always well cleaned every day. The bathroom was a little bit worn and the shower door didn't always completely close, but those were minor points.
The hotel was a fairly short walk to the town centre and there were plenty of restaurants in the immediate area, also."
