"Their “snack” and drink selection was subpar. If you don’t want to cross the river into downtown be sure to provide many of your own snacks and drinks as there aren’t any options around the hotel, and the hotel knows that and charges premium pricing. "The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Very nice hotel overall. We just ran into a couple issues. Despite booking a 2 queen room, they overbooked and we were downgraded to a king and sofabed, told it was an upgrade at no additional charge, but it certainly wasn't. We realized we weren't provided sheets for the sofabed, so we called housekeeping. We never received the sheets so we used the top sheet off of the king bed for our daughter.
