"The room was clean but they did not supply enough towels or wash clothes and when asked, we were not on the list to distribute to that day. Towels were also stained. The reservation was for 3 people, 2-days. The door didn't lock when it closed, we were told to lift up on the door when closing and they have cameras so it was ok. "This hotel had the perfect location right when you enter downtown. It was close to a variety of restaurants, bars and stores. We were able to walk to the pedestrian bridge by the river in less than 5 minutes. Valet parking was available for a small fee if you can’t find parking in the street. We will be back!"

"We are not picky travelers. In town for the races and don’t need anything special. We have stayed here in the past but this place continues to go down hill. The ceiling has cracks, the ac doesn’t work, and there is no smoke detector. The wires where the smoke detector goes are hanging there and that’s it. The bed wasn’t even made. The sheet was just thrown on, the wrong way, and the cover over the top of it. Do not recommend."
