"This was to be a suite, a bedroom and separate living area. The furniture in the living area had been removed replaced with a bed. There was no comfortable chair or sofa. There was only a desk chair in the entry bedroom. Generally even single room hotels offer a comfortable chair. I would not recommend this facility because of the two bed room configuration"

"The staff and rooftop bar were great, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. The property felt outdated and in need of significant updates. The biggest issue was finding bugs in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable and raised concerns about cleanliness. While the service and location was great, the condition of the hotel did not meet expectations and would make me hesitant to stay here again."

"We stayed 2 nights prior to flying out after a family wedding. I gave the overall rating a 5 star because the location was great. We were traveling with our 8 & 12 yr olds and the area felt safe and was central to all the historical sites we wished to visit. We also walked the 30 minutes to the 9th St Italian Market. Our stay was so short we did not utilize any of the amenities. I did try to contact the front desk to request a towel and after being placed on hold for 5 minutes gave up. Not a...

"The hotel room is a little dated but the staff was really nice. I’m not sure of it was a happy hour going on near the lobby but the music was extremely loud. Prices at the Bistro is ridiculous! The hotel is clean and in a good location."
