"The room had a nice view, but unfortunately our overall experience was terrible. The elevator was not working, and we were not informed about this before our arrival. We had to walk up and down 14 floors, including with our luggage and our 9-year-old child. This was not just an inconvenience — it wasted a significant amount of our vacation time and caused a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration. We also spent considerable time trying to deal with the issue instead of enjoying our short stay...

"The room was great, the property was well maintained, the restaurant/bar staff was great. The staff member who answered the phone when we called for the airport shuttle was not helpful at all. She said it would be awhile and implied that we should pay for a ride rather than waiting. She was not helpful at all as far as explaining where we needed to go to wait for the shuttle, we had to ask airport staff. We waited an hour before the shuttle arrived."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay and staff helpful and kind. The worst part is that the water was turned off for four hours on September 7th and September 8th and on September 9th no hot water. That was the biggest inconvenience and disappointing part of the stay. Hotel was under construction but when I booked it was not on website at the time of booking."
