"I’m not sure how to rate this, as I didn’t actually stay there. When we pulled up to the property, my Uber driver expressed reservations about leaving me there and ultimately said he just couldn’t do it. He said the area was incredibly unsafe and then drove me the half hour back to city center free of charge.
