"Rooms are clean and the reception staff is quite friendly. Many shops and restaurants are nearby the hotel because of the strategic Venice’s of mid valley Southkey shopping mall at the below of hotel. The only disappointing thing is the breakfast is far below our expectation in terms of management of order especially during the peak hour due to lots of customers, qualified of food for improvement."

"Hotel Citrus letak sangat strategis, posisi tepat di sebelah City Square Mall. sedangkan City Square mall sendiri bersebelahan dan menyambung dgn JB Sentral / Custom. Jadi bagi yg mau menyeberang ke Singapore, boleh dipertimbangkan untuk menginap di sini. Kamar cukup bersih dan tersedia lift, saluran TV lumayan banyak dan jernih. Kecepatan internet yang harus ditingkatkan. Kekurangannya tidak ada refill minuman dari hotel, dan tidak ada sarapan. Aksesories kamar mandi banyak terbuat dari...

"Very nice and cosy place for a short stay. Love everything about the hotel. The only lacking is not convenient to find halal food nearby ie within walking distance. If you are driving, need to pay for the carpark. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel."

"Communication with check in staff is very convenient via WhatsApp and prompt to respond. Instructions to collect keys and locating the designated parking spot are clear. Apartment is clean though the furnishing is spartan; will be more homely if the place is spruced up. The water heater and water pressure in the common bathroom didn’t work for us though; but the bathroom in the master bedroom worked well. Location is very convenient; almost next door to Aeon Mall."
