"The room was clean, however the bed is not very comfortable. It would be nice if they would spring for pillow top mattresses. The only real issue I have is when they start the cleaning early in the morning, the washing machine they use sends of a high pitched noise every 15 seconds. It’s located on the 1st floor but I could hear it in my room. It made it impossible to sleep. I spoke to a staff member who said that management is aware, but haven’t done anything about. Avoid rooms 209-213 if like to sleep past 7am."

"I had inadvertently booked a for a week later and didn’t realize it until check- in ; the reception agent worked with me to find a room anyway but could not honor my Expedia price due to MY error. I was pleased and would stay again"

One of the staff members stated he may not be able to change us to another room due to the number of guests they had; however Ms Gabby stepped in and changed us to the room we paid for. She was so helpful and greeted us with a smile and friendly word every time she saw us."
