"Our stay at Holiday Inn was unfortunately disappointing from start to finish. Upon check-in, we were unable to access our assigned room because the door lock battery was dead. After notifying housekeeping, we waited in the lobby with all of our luggage for about 20 minutes before being reassigned to another room.
During our stay, we experienced persistent noise issues—from the elevator, ice machine, and guests upstairs who seemed active throughout the night. This ultimately led us to check out...

"The view and bed was great. Loved the kitchen!
Plumbing issues made for a unusable bathroom sink and lukewarm shower.
A roach infestation could have been easily remedied with some raid traps on a regular.
